As part of our standard process, we always reach out to customers for feedback so we can grow and continuously improve.
Supporting Our Community
DESCCO always strives to give back to the communities it serves, and we encourage employees to do the same. It has been DESCCO’s privilege to partner and volunteer with numerous non-profit groups on various food drives, hoagie sales, and other events within the community. For example, every year in the fall we hold the Dwight E Stoltzfus Memorial Trade Scholarship Sporting Clay Classic. The Pennsylvania College of Technology Scholarship Fund was established in memory of DESCCO founder, Dwight E Stoltzfus, who placed a high value on education in the trades. Students from the Berks County area who have a desire to work with their hands and learn a trade can earn a scholarship toward their education at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. DESCCO also offers a Charitable Giving Referral Program. For every person referred to DESCCO that becomes a customer, we will donate to a charity of the referrer’s choice from the list of area organizations that it provides.

Over 50% of our workforce has been with DESCCO for at least 5 years, and 25% of our workforce has been employed at DESCCO for 20+ years.
